We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global HR Team in Krailling. (hybrid work up to 50% possible)

Your Mission
- Shape and drive our global people strategy together with the Global HR Director, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities
- Lead and empower a global HR Business Partner team, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance
- Translate business needs into impactful workforce planning and organizational strategies that support long-term success
- Establish and continuously evolve a consistent, high-quality HRBP operating model across regions
- Collaborate with L&D to drive global talent management, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leaders on strategic topics such as organizational design, transformation, and leadership effectiveness
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, organizational development, and productivity to support decision-making
- Ensure pragmatic and compliant HR governance while collaborating closely with other HR functions to create a seamless employee experience
Your Talents
- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within international, matrix organizations
- Proven leadership experience and coaching capabilities with a passion for developing others
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change or transformation environments
- A strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and the ability to align people and business goals
- Confidence in working with data and analytics to guide decisions and create impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and challenge senior leaders constructively
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to collaborate across cultures
