Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, utilization, and revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role is responsible for shaping and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen customer relationships, increase product adoption, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to understand the end-to-end customer journey and deliver targeted, data-informed messaging that moves customers through key lifecycle stages.
Job Title: International Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Hybrid
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Time: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)
Work Location: 1930 DERRY ROAD EAST MISSISSAUGA, ON L5S 1E2
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Map and continuously refine the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key moments that influence activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns that drive product utilization and customer value realization.
Create targeted messaging frameworks and content aligned to key lifecycle stages (e.g., onboarding, engagement, expansion, renewal).
Identify and segment existing customers based on behavior, usage patterns, and firmographic data to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on expansion strategies, ensuring coordinated outreach and consistent messaging.
Analyze customer engagement, campaign performance, and product usage data to deliver insights and optimize lifecycle programs.
Build and manage nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and sales enablement materials that support ongoing customer engagement.
Collaborate with data and RevOps teams to ensure accurate targeting, segmentation, and measurement of lifecycle initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in B2B lifecycle, retention, or expansion marketing – Required
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required (regular interactions with clients outside Ontario – 30%)
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing - Preferred
Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) - Preferred
Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), behavioral analytics, or product usage data - Preferred
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy development.
Experience creating targeted messaging that drives engagement and conversion across different customer segments.
Problem-solving and multitask skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
Ability to manage multiples initiatives and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
