Purpose: The Supervisor, Quality Assurance supervises experienced business enablers and/or entry individual contributors in support of the execution of processes and activities related to fulfilling the Quality Assurance requirements for the organization's products. This individual ensures key quality deliverables are completed in accordance with required timelines; provides coaching and guidance to team in the identification of risks and development of mitigation plans, monitoring of data, and development of meaningful KPIs; and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and establishes a culture of continuous improvement, growth, and development.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
- Implements strategy and processes that meet required regulatory standards and Quality Assurance best practices for manufacturing, including documentation and auditing.
- Ensures compliance with policies to assess potential risks in the product lifecycle, including investigations and corrective and preventive actions taken to mitigate risks.
- Coordinates processes and assignments to deliver systems and processes that follow Quality Assurance best practices for manufacturing, including documentation and auditing.
- Assists manager in collaborating with multiple departments on overall quality strategy, updates, and processes.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
- Responsible for the integrity of the Device History Records.
- Responsible for Incoming Quality Inspections process and timely release of components.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Years 4-6 of industry experience.
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to manage individual assignments with minimal guidance.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, work instructions, protocols.
- Proficient with using Microsoft office applications and web-based collaborative applications.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period 10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
