About the location:

About the role

As Commercial Coordinator at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, helping drive business performance across Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Revenue Management.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination of commercial activities, reporting, communications, and projects. From supporting key business initiatives to maintaining efficient processes and accurate documentation, you will contribute to the successful opening and ongoing commercial success of the hotel.

The start date is flexible, with an early start in September/October 2026 preferred to join the opening team of one of Switzerland’s most anticipated luxury hospitality destinations.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Commercial team.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and commercial documentation.
• Support internal and external communications on behalf of the Commercial department.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, contracts, and departmental files.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, and performance tracking activities.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase requests, and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate commercial projects, events, and business initiatives.
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items and departmental priorities.
• Support hotel opening activities and commercial readiness initiatives.

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, administration, sales support, marketing coordination, or a related commercial role.
• Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting tools.
• Fluent English and German and/or French required. Additional languages are advantageous.
• A proactive, professional, and service-oriented approach.

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality.
• Seasonal operation with primary opening periods from June to September and December to March.
