Become an integral part of the U-Haul Self Storage Affiliate Network as a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Coordinator! In this dynamic role, you’ll work directly with independent self-storage owners and operators—known throughout U-Haul as our Storage Affiliates—to help them launch, manage, and grow their businesses using U-Haul’s WebSelfStorage platform.
WebSelfStorage is a fully integrated, cloud-based self-storage management platform designed specifically for independent storage owners and operators. It gives facility owners the tools to manage their operations online while improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and creating opportunities for growth.
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll serve as a trusted resource and strategic partner for our Storage Affiliates. You’ll guide new affiliates through account setup and implementation, provide hands-on software and operational training, and help existing affiliates maximize their use of the platform. You’ll also provide procedural guidance, troubleshoot operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal departments on initiatives designed to strengthen and expand the U-Haul Self Storage Affiliate Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new Storage Affiliates through the onboarding, setup, and implementation of their WebSelfStorage accounts.
- Provide personalized training to affiliate owners, managers, and employees on WebSelfStorage functionality and best practices.
- Support existing affiliates by providing knowledgeable guidance on procedures, workflows, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
- Troubleshoot account, software, and operational challenges while identifying and suggesting practical solutions and helping affiliates leverage WebSelfStorage tools and resources to maximize the performance of their facilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments on projects, initiatives, and process improvements that support the continued growth of the affiliate network.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve the affiliate experience and strengthen U-Haul’s position within the self-storage industry.
- Stay current on WebSelfStorage features, industry practices, and operational processes to provide affiliates with knowledgeable and effective support.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, learning technology, and helping businesses succeed, the Operations Coordinator role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on both our Storage Affiliates and the continued growth of the U-Haul Self Storage Affiliate Network.
