The Role

We now have rewarding opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic administrative or office assistant to join our Facilities and Office Services (FOS) team in Brisbane on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
This varied role will see you deliver a high level of service to our Brisbane office, with a focus on supporting our fast-paced Print room.
The role will have a variety of daily responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Overseeing standard and complex photocopying and print jobs using a multi-functional device (MFD)
Spiral, continuous, binding as well as laminating, paginating and scanning
Stationary stock management and ordering
Handling staff queries by phone, email and in-person
Managing ingoing and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Other general ad-hoc duties that arise from time to time
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
Strong oral and written communication skills
The ability to efficiently manage high work volumes and competing deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat functionality.
You will be a flexible, positive team player and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute within a broader team environment. Most importantly, you will have an outstanding client service ethic and apply this to everything you do.
The Facilities and Office Services team
The Facilities and Office Services group is part of our Operations Department at Clayton Utz. The services provided by this group varies between offices but includes copying and printing, mailroom, records and archives, and stationery.
