Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing end-to-end business processes. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, support ERP/IBP system integration initiatives, and enable efficient, scalable ways of working. Reporting to a Business Process Owner (BPO), the BPA provides the analytical foundation that supports process design, transformation initiatives, continuous improvement, data quality, and operational excellence. The BPA collaborates with stakeholders across Planning, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations while serving as a critical liaison between business teams and technology partners.
This is a hybrid role three (3) days per week on-site at our Oakville, ON location.
The compensation for this position is between $88,500 and $106,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for participation in the annual short-term incentive bonus program, company-matched RRSP, and an extensive health and wellness medical benefits program.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor process blockers and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Contribute to future-state process design and optimization.
Maintain work instructions and process documentation.
Measure process adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
Define and support data governance standards and controls.
Support master data quality, audits, and remediation activities.
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Lead and support UAT testing and validation activities.
Develop training materials and support change management initiatives.
Coach end users and drive process compliance.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of business process analysis or process improvement experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Exposure to ERP or enterprise systems.
Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or implementation initiatives.
SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or Oracle Cloud EPM Planning experience.
Data analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring expertise.
Construction materials manufacturing industry experience.
Experience working with large datasets across diverse regions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of S&OP and Integrated Business Planning concepts.
