Senior Veterinarian – Framing, MA

 

A growing veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Founding Partner Veterinarian to help launch, shape, and lead a new practice. This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who wants meaningful involvement in building a hospital from the ground up while maintaining clinical autonomy and providing high-quality, personalized patient care. The Founding Partner will play an important role in establishing the practice's medical culture, clinical standards, team environment, and long-term growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of small animal cases.
• Establish and maintain strong clinical and patient-care standards.
• Mentor and support associate veterinarians and veterinary staff.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Collaborate with practice leadership on operational and clinical improvements.
• Help develop a strong client-focused culture and exceptional patient experience.
• Contribute to practice growth, strategic planning, and long-term development.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community.

 

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active Massachusetts veterinary license in good standing.
• 4+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong background in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Collaborative and compassionate leadership style.
• Strong interest in practice development and long-term growth.
