We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and onboarding top talent while contributing to various HR initiatives that support our growing team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR roles, combining talent acquisition with broader people operations/generalist exposure (mobile gaming, tech, or fast-paced startup background is a strong plus).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring funnels and familiarity with modern ATS and HR management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage day-to-day people operations, employee records, and administrative workflows.
