Overview

You’ll lead a team within the Insurance/Finance Team at Gallagher Service Center LLP, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This role brings together team leadership, customer support, process improvement, and day-to-day operational coordination. It’s a fit for someone who can keep work moving, support people through change, and help make service delivery more consistent.

How you'll make an impact

You’ll guide a team of Process Associates, help keep priorities clear, and support a service environment where customers get timely, useful responses. You’ll also help shape better ways of working by researching best practices, supporting new process design, and helping put new tools into practice.

 

Day to day, you’ll balance team coordination with hands-on operational work. You’ll respond to customer queries, handle written and electronic correspondence, and prepare MIS reports that help the team stay on track. You’ll also help build accountability across the team so everyone understands what needs to happen and when.

  • Lead and support a team of 10+ FTEs

About you

  • You have at least 4 years of post qualification experience in BPO or KPO, within the insurance domain
  • You currently hold a Team Lead title on paper
  • You have at least 1 year of on-paper Team Lead experience
  • You have led a team of 10 or more FTEs
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree
  • You can manage customer communication, team coordination, and reporting work in a fast-moving environment
