Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Summary

We’re seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. If you love hospitality, organization, and creating a sense of ease for others, this role is for you.

 

• Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy andprofessionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity.
• Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm,organized, and inviting environment.
• Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professionalism balanced with warmth and empathy.
• Ability to multitask gracefully in a guest-facing role.
• Alignment with holistic wellness and Drift’s philosophy of intentional care.
