Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage loss prevention programs as part of optimizing the Total Cost of Risk for the enterprise. You will present analysis and recommendations to management, investigate business issues, and support financial planning activities across multiple functions. You will serve as a trusted business partner, providing insights that help drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a business partner for assigned functions on risk and insurance related questions, assessing business needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating results effectively.
- Oversee property loss prevention initiatives to include, prioritization, collaboration on solutions, and tracking to completion of findings from risk assessments
- Manage equipment breakdown program that ensures compliance with jurisdictional requirements for pressure vessels and also involves infrared scanning
- Compile insurance submission data to include calculations of property valuations and business impact at our facilities
- Presentation to insurers on the loss prevention program
- Travel to sites to understand risks and identify solutions in partnership with plant and corporate leaders as well as third party engineers
- Support project work across multiple disciplines including finance, accounting, safety, and engineering.
- Lead the development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned functions.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports to business partners and leadership.
- Participate in finance-wide projects and initiatives driven by changing business needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related area required.
- 3+ years of professional business and financial experience. Experience with insurance, claims, and loss prevention is a plus.
- Self-motivated with success working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities.
- Experience developing strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers and peers.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve organizational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, leveraging analytics, benchmarking, and insights to develop meaningful strategies and solutions.
- Ability to travel to Conagra plants and corporate offices up to 20% of time

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
