responsibilities: you
will play a key role in developing next-generation, highly robust MEMS
microphones by driving the characterization and evaluation of innovative MEMS
devices Shape
the future: Conduct electro-acoustic
measurements and robustness testing of MEMS microphones at wafer, die, and
module levels, contributing to cutting-edge sensor technologies Take
ownership: Perform failure analysis
of MEMS microphone devices to identify root causes and provide insights for
continuous product improvement Drive
innovation: Design and execute
experiments (DoE) to evaluate and optimize the acoustic performance,
reliability, and robustness of MEMS microphones Analyze
and communicate: Interpret
measurement results, prepare technical reports and documentation, and present
findings to project teams and stakeholders Unlock

Field: You are currently
pursuing a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field, and are eager to
apply your knowledge in a real-world R&D environment Experience: You have gained practical experience in a laboratory
setting. Exposure to acoustic measurements, microscopy, or electrical
characterization techniques is an advantage Analytical
skills: You enjoy working with
data and have experience with tools for data analysis, visualization, and
reporting, or you are highly motivated to learn and develop these skills Personality: You are passionate about technical R&D
topics and enjoy solving complex problems through a structured and analytical
approach. A strong curiosity for understanding the underlying physical
phenomena behind measurement results will help you excel in this role Way of
working: You take initiative,
work independently, and proactively drive tasks forward while thriving in a
collaborative team environment. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to
communicate effectively across disciplines Language
skills: You are confident in
communicating in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a

student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per
week. Proper students (according to the German law) are
welcome : To work as a
student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have
completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not
be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at
least 6 months. You should live close to the site : For good collaboration, it is important to us that
