Description
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Join us and shape the future of care.
You will join Team GSD, Fullscript's AI and automation enablement team. GSD helps departments improve how work gets done by combining practical AI education, workflow discovery, and scalable automation. This role will own the human side of that work: turning fast-moving AI capabilities and internal tools into clear, useful learning experiences that meet people where they are.
-
Own the creation of Fullscript’s AI training and development content, including practical guides, slide decks, blogs, videos, playbooks, templates, and role-based learning paths.
-
Build and continuously improve interactive, self-serve learning experiences that make Fullscript’s AI knowledge easy to find, understand, and apply independently.
-
Identify user groups, learning needs, and skill gaps across Fullscript, then tailor content to their workflows, business context, and level of AI fluency.
-
Stay current on AI tools, capabilities, use cases, and emerging trends, using that knowledge to keep Fullscript’s learning materials accurate, relevant, and practical.
-
Partner with AI Champions to shape departmental adoption roadmaps, equip them with reusable resources, and support the rollout and internal go-to-market of new AI tools.
-
Build strong relationships across the business, observe how teams work, and uncover operational pain points, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for AI or automation.
-
Gather requirements and frame opportunities by documenting the problem, users, current workflow, expected impact, data needs, feasibility, and risk, then translate those insights into clear recommendations for GSD roadmap planning.
-
Serve as a frontline enablement partner for GSD applications, turning recurring questions, adoption barriers, and user feedback into better content, product guidance, and roadmap inputs.
-
Measure and improve enablement through signals such as content engagement, tool usage, proficiency, support trends, time saved, and business impact.
-
Facilitate select workshops, webinars, office hours, or onboarding sessions, share useful practices across teams, and occasionally represent Fullscript at relevant industry events.
-
Experience in learning and development, technical enablement, digital learning, knowledge management, change enablement, developer education, or a related field.
-
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms, along with a practical understanding of what large language models can and cannot do.
-
Experience designing clear, engaging learning content for people with different roles, levels of technical knowledge, and ways of learning.
-
A track record of building self-serve resources or digital learning experiences that improved adoption, confidence, or performance.
-
Strong business analysis skills. You can uncover the real problem behind a request, map a workflow, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear next steps for a technical team.
-
Excellent written communication and information design skills, with the judgment to make complex ideas simple without making them inaccurate.
-
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to move several enablement initiatives forward without losing sight of quality or outcomes.
-
A practical, people-first approach to change. You understand that adoption depends on relevance, trust, clarity, and support, not simply access to a new tool.
-
Comfort facilitating a live learning session, webinar, or group discussion when needed.
-
Experience with low-code or no-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
-
Experience creating interactive learning experiences or lightweight web applications using low-code, no-code, or AI-assisted development tools.
-
Familiarity with AI workflow concepts such as agents, connectors, model selection, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.
-
Experience launching internal tools or leading adoption and communication programs in a technology-driven organization.
-
Experience building or supporting a champions network, guild, cohort, or internal community of practice.
-
Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, or enablement in healthcare or another regulated environment.
-
Experience speaking at industry events, facilitating communities, or creating external thought-leadership content.
-
Remote-first flexibility to work where you work best, with Ottawa, Toronto, or Calgary preferred for this role.
-
Flexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters
-
RRSP/401k match and competitive compensation packages to invest in your future
-
Premium benefits package with customizable coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
-
Fullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness products
-
