We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Budapest team and take ownership of daily facility and site operations across our locations. In this role, you'll be the vital link between internal teams and external service providers, ensuring compliant, reliable, and efficient facility management. You'll bring structure to daily operations through proactive coordination, clear communication, and meticulous documentation, while also contributing to broader operational improvements. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person for facility matters, this role offers a strong platform to grow within operations.

What You'll Do

• Own the coordination of daily facility and site operations across company and client locations
• Coordinate building operations and manage day-to-day facility-related activities end-to-end
• Identify, report, and drive resolution of technical or operational issues
• Liaise and coordinate with external service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, and security teams, ensuring service quality
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of facility issues, actions taken, and service activities
• Keep internal documentation and operational logs current and well-organized
• Prepare status reports and updates for management, highlighting risks and progress
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, partners, and service providers
• Lead or support onboarding and setup activities for new locations or client sites
• Drive operational improvement and efficiency initiatives across facility functions

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with genuine ownership over facility and site operations
• Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping
• Sound judgment and independent decision-making when identifying, escalating, and resolving operational issues
• Strong accountability and the ability to take full responsibility for tasks and outcomes
• Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively across departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations
• Solid awareness of and commitment to safety, security, and compliance standards
• Adaptability and initiative when supporting new projects, site setups, or process improvements
