POSITION SUMMARY
As an integral member of our Human Resources team, the HR Services Analyst - Europe (working with colleagues globally) will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.
This role plays a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, ensuring the seamless execution of various operational processes and the administrative aspects of HR operations as well as maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining workflows, and providing valuable insights into process improvements.
The HR Services Analyst - Europe will contribute to creating a positive work environment by ensuring HR processes align with legal requirements in the countries supported.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
HR Administration:
Support the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the behind-the-scenes HR administrative tasks, including document filing, record-keeping, and maintaining a well-organized HR archive.
Day-to-day management of benefits programs, answering employee queries and educating new joiners
Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely HR data is provided to Payroll to support accurate payroll processing
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive experience. Manage offboarding procedures, including documentation and systems access.
Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Utilise Workday to input and retrieve information efficiently.
Workday: Provide training and support to employees and HR team members on Workday.
Documentation: Create, update, and maintain HR procedures, and documentation as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and implement improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance in HR processes.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports from Workday, assist in the analysis of trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an interest in pursuing one.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
