Production Supervisor

Summit Golf Brands designs and sources high-end golf apparel and sportswear worn at more than 3,000 accounts in over 25 countries, from leading country clubs and resorts to our own online shop. Behind every crest we put on a garment is a team that takes real pride in precise, well-made work, and we're looking for an Production Supervisor to join that team in Barneveld, WI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Working Supervisor with ability to perform and or oversee all Embroidery and Production functions
• Train and assist Embroidery Operators to run and monitor logo application process checking for proper tension, thread breaks, jump stitches, etc
• Responsible for ensuring all associates clean the general area around their machines at end of each shift
• Effectively communicate to coworkers, management, and sister location
• Assist and/or run all trainings for new hires
• Distribute work orders to all employees on the floor to ensure efficiency
• Input damages into the tracking system
• Track all orders that have to ship same day
• Willingness to operate machinery, such as a forklift, order picker, and wave as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for any and all questions throughout the production floor
• Open and close the facility in absence of Production Manager or VP of Production
• Able to work mandatory Saturdays and work flexible hours
