Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist - Medical Devices

About the Role

We are looking for an Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using diabetes-related medical devices.

You will provide customer and technical support across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for diabetes-related medical devices and accessories.
• Troubleshoot product and device issues.
• Process orders and renewals.
• Support customers via phone, email, chat and SMS.
• Document customer interactions accurately in English.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle sensitive cases with patience and empathy.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
• Healthcare, diabetes-device or technical support experience is an advantage.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights.

Working Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position in Porto.
• Rotational shifts operating 24/7, Monday to Sunday.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00 may be required.

• Competitive salary with a fixed component and performance bonus.
• €1,200 welcome bonus. €1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times annually
