- Handling a variety of ad hoc tasks as they arise
We’d like you to work around 15 hours per week. Working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to fit your study schedule and exam periods.
You’ll be based at the VELUX office in Warsaw, with the option to work remotely as well.
Your qualifications
You adjust easily to new tasks and methods of working. You take initiative, work diligently with a structured approach, and bring a curious mindset that welcomes fresh ideas and new perspectives.
We imagine that you:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business, communication, or a related field
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Have an open, inclusive, and service-oriented mindset
- Enjoy working in a diverse, international environment
Your opportunities
This role offers a great opportunity for both personal and professional development. You’ll work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues in an evolving environment, gaining practical experience that complements your academic studies. You will be responsible for managing your tasks while working closely with your team.
At VELUX, we value motivation, professionalism, and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
