Description
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design process for digital products, from discovery and problem definition to high-fidelity design, handoff, and post-launch iteration.
Communicate directly with clients: lead discovery calls, gather requirements, present concepts, explain design decisions, and manage feedback and revisions professionally.
Work with product managers and stakeholders to define problems, prioritize features, and align designs with business goals and success metrics.
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and turn insights into personas, journey maps, and product decisions.
Map user flows, information architecture, and feature logic, including edge cases, empty states, and error states.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes to validate ideas before development.
Use product analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to measure feature performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility, and provide clear specs and handoff throughout implementation.
Build and maintain design systems and reusable components to keep products consistent and scalable.
Run UX audits on existing products and recommend prioritized improvements.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, ideally on SaaS or digital products. Exceptional candidates with less experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and spoken English, with proven experience communicating directly with clients (calls, presentations, emails, and feedback rounds). This is a must-have for this role.
A portfolio with 2–3 product case studies that show how you defined the problem, the decisions and trade-offs you made, and the outcome or impact, not just final screens.
Strong product thinking: you can connect design decisions to user needs and business metrics.
Strong proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping) and FigJam.
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
Experience using analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar) to inform design decisions.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
