Overview
Titan Machinery is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Operational Excellence & Integration to lead initiatives that drive operational consistency, business performance, and successful integration across our growing dealership network. In this highly visible role, you will partner with store leaders, regional leadership, and corporate teams to strengthen execution, improve accountability, and support the seamless onboarding of newly acquired locations. This position plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence by driving process discipline, standardization, continuous improvement, and long-term organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead store performance planning and improvement efforts across assigned locations and regions.
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans that drive measurable business results.
- Partner with store leadership teams to improve accountability, execution, and operational consistency.
- Support underperforming locations while helping strong-performing stores unlock additional growth potential.
- Monitor progress against improvement plans and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Share best practices and successful operating strategies across the organization.
- Lead onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired dealership locations.
- Ensure acquired stores align with company standards, operating procedures, culture, and expectations.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, General Managers, department leaders, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Provide leadership with clear updates regarding performance trends, opportunities, risks, and progress.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or other related degree and/or related military experience
- 10+ years’ experience in the Agriculture or Construction Equipment business or a related industry, with a minimum of 7 years’ management experience and/or related military experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity and character, and ability to build and lead a high performing team of experts that consistently meets or exceeds parts sales and performance goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, interviewing, formal and informal presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence leaders, build relationships, and effectively resolve internal and external conflicts
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance, identify operational opportunities, and implement practical improvement strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to interpret operational and financial performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders while fostering accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to achieve results
- Ability and desire to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours
