Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. This includes creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align process design with strategic goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes that meet organizational needs.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize and communicate process designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop practical solutions within process frameworks.
