The mission of Technology division is to enable Everyday Luxury, supercharged by technology, data, analytics, and AI.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across one or more of the following areas within Technology: Reigning Champ Technology, Food & Beverage Technology, and Service Excellence. As an intern, you will contribute to work that powers some of Aritzia’s most exciting growth opportunities while supporting the technology services that keep our business running every day. You will play a valuable role in supporting teams responsible for delivering technology solutions for emerging business such as Reigning Champ and Food & Beverage, or supporting our Service Excellence teams focused on service delivery, IT procurement, and continuous improvement. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.    

THE ROLE

As an intern in Reigning Champ Technology, Food & Beverage Technology, or Service Excellence, you will:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology activities and initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information to support teams make informed decisions.
• Assist with initiative tracking, documentation, reporting, and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Contribute to research, analysis, and problem solving across a variety of business and technology topics.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

An intern in Reigning Champ Technology, Food & Beverage Technology, or Service Excellence has/is:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028
  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Skills and experience with IT, information systems (IS), and/or management information systems (MIS) are an asset 
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
• Strong organizational skills with an appreciation for structure, prioritization, and attention to detail
• An interest in business operations, project management, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation

THE LOGISTICS

• Internship Dates: May 10 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
• Location: Vancouver, BC
  • Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
