Description
Assist and provide administrative support for assigned Division research team with specific aspects of the organization, implementation and completion of a clinical research trial on adult ADHD. Responsibilities for this project include: (1) assisting with recruitment and management of participant tracking databases for participating clinicians and clients, (2) assisting with study assessments, (3) tracking and securing ratings from participants and informants at all assessment points, (4) organizing information collected during intake assessments for review by the diagnostic team, (5) tracking and following up with clinicians to ensure the timely collection of therapy audio recordings and post-session surveys each week, (6) ensuring data quality and building and maintaing RedCap electronic data collection forms, and (7) submitting data structures and data to the NIMH data archive.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of college-level coursework in biological or life sciences or health related field. At least one (1) year of work experience. Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.
Required Credentials
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in biological or life sciences or health related field. At least three (3) years in a research or health care setting. Familiarity with US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Compensation Range
$21.64 - $32.45 per hourSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
