At AlixPartners, we solve the most complex and critical challenges by moving quickly from analysis to action when it really matters; creating value that has a lasting impact on companies, their people, and the communities they serve.

By understanding, respecting, and honoring the needs of our employees, clients, and communities, AlixPartners actively promotes an inclusive environment. We strongly believe in the value that diversity brings to our experiences and are committed to the perpetual enhancements of initiatives, policies, and practices. We hold ourselves accountable by providing the space for authenticity, growth, and equity for everyone.

Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances.

What you’ll do

AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking Analysts to support our Corporate Strategy & Transformation team.

We help our Fortune 500 clients build high-performing organizations that deliver step-change improvements in profitable growth. We partner with senior executives to set a profitable growth agenda, build differentiated solutions to unlock value, and manage execution alongside their teams.

 In this role, you will:

  • Generate insights: Structure and execute analyses to address complex and ambiguous client challenges, using the best available tool for the task, including Excel, Python, and AI solutions.
  • Communicate with impact: Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and implementation plans that drive measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate as a team: Work alongside your colleagues and client stakeholders to identify value creation opportunities and support execution.
  • Engage clients: Interact professionally with client stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Build the practice: Develop pitches for prospective clients, build practice-specific AI-enabled tools and resources, and support recruiting and training initiatives.

As part of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to achieve extraordinary results in our fast-paced environment. Your performance and ambition will drive your professional development, and outstanding results are recognized both by increased roles on the team and in our advantaged compensation system.
