Description
Fast-growing, founder-led DTC fashion brand is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. In this high-touch role, you'll own and run the CEO's calendar day to day, acting as the key point of contact for scheduling and protecting her time, while also managing her cross-functional to-do list and tracking action items across meetings and projects so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also take on light personal support, handling personal appointments, some personal travel, and family-related admin with discretion. Someone who is anticipatory, proactive, and comfortable taking real ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do. This is a primarily in-office role based in New York City, with occasional flexibility to work from home. 120-140K DOE + full benefits, clothing allowance, and potential bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the CEO's complex, shifting calendar across business and personal commitments, proactively resolving conflicts before they arise.
- Act as the key point of contact for scheduling high-priority meetings across the organization.
- Track and manage the CEO's cross-functional to-do list, following up on action items across meetings and projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
- Provide light personal support, including scheduling personal appointments and reservations, coordinating personal travel, and managing family-related admin (school and camp dates, class sign-ups) with complete discretion.
- Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO with internal team members and external partners.
- 5+ years of experience supporting an executive or founder at the EA/PA level, ideally within a founder-led company.
- Anticipatory and proactive, with the instinct to volunteer status updates and stay ahead of what's needed rather than wait to be asked.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to hold many priorities at once without losing the thread on any of them.
- Impeccable discretion and judgment, including with sensitive family and personal scheduling that must remain entirely private.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating frequently by phone and text.
- Comfortable with occasional evening or weekend availability as the business requires.
*Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions. You do not need to apply for multiple roles.
