What you’ll do

As a Senior Engineer in our Bridges and Civil Structures team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.  

• Engineering design and assessment of bridges and civil structures
• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What you’ll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in bridge design and assessment. CPEng and RPEQ is a pre-requisite for this role
• Advanced skills in structural bridge engineering including the use of structural engineering software packages Midas Civil, Space Gass and Autodesk Structural Bridge Design
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
• The ability and willingness to guide and upskill junior engineers
