Position Responsibilities:
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across demand generation, ABM, and digital channels
- Own pipeline growth, lead generation, and marketing performance metrics (MQL → SAL)
- Manage and transition outsourced marketing efforts into an in-house function
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
- Oversee brand, content, and campaign execution across all channels
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Expertise in demand generation and B2B healthcare marketing
- 6+ years’ Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health marketing
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and growth marketing strategies
- Working Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, outbound platforms)
- BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
