VP, Head of Mobile App Digital Experience
As the Head of Mobile App Digital Experience, you will define and own the vision, strategy, and execution of Workplace Investing's NetBenefits mobile app and future digital engagement channels.
You will be responsible for shaping the long-term digital experience strategy, driving platform modernization, advancing personalization capabilities, and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled experiences. Working across Product, Technology, Design, Operations, Sales, Service, and Marketing, you will deliver integrated customer experiences that help individuals navigate their workplace benefits and achieve their financial goals.
You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, establish strategic priorities, and lead all aspects of execution against customer, business, and technology outcomes. As a member of the Product leadership team, you will influence strategic direction across Workplace Investing while serving as a key advocate for the digital customer experience with internal partners, clients, prospects, and executive leaders.
Success in this role will be measured through customer satisfaction, engagement, adoption, business growth, platform modernization, operational efficiency, and the development of high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NetBenefits mobile app and emerging digital experiences.
- Own the evolution and modernization of digital experiences across mobile, web, and emerging channels, including AI-enabled capabilities, personalization, and future engagement models.
- Set strategic priorities and investment decisions by balancing customer needs, business objectives, technology strategy, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner across Product, Technology, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Workplace business teams to align priorities and deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to advise strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Build alignment among senior leaders and partners while resolving challenging priorities and driving business outcomes.
- Represent the digital experience strategy with clients, prospects, and internal leadership teams.
- Establish and measure client, organizational, and product outcomes through clearly defined benchmarks.
- Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing product teams while encouraging a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Expertise and Skills You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in digital product management, customer experience, platform leadership, or digital transformation.
- Experience leading platform modernization, large-scale transformation initiatives, or sophisticated customer-facing digital ecosystems.
- Strong people leadership experience, including talent development, mentoring, and building impactful teams.
- Experience influencing senior partners and driving alignment across complex organizations.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business insight with the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
- Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to guide product strategy and prioritization choices.
- Proven ability to deliver intuitive, personalized, and cohesive customer experiences across mobile, web, and digital channels.
- Experience evaluating and applying new technologies, including AI-enabled experiences and intelligent automation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship leadership skills.
- Experience within financial services, workplace benefits, retirement services, or related industries preferred.
