We’re looking for an HSE Specialist who wants to make a real impact - helping us build safer workplaces, stronger compliance, and more sustainable operations across our sites.
You will be part of a cross-functional team spanning Quality, Facilities, and HSE, working closely together to ensure all our sites are safe, compliant, and continuously improving.
In this role you will support risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and compliance reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. The role also involves assisting with HSE training, contractor management, and monitoring environmental performance such as waste, energy use, and emissions.
This is a hands-on, visible role where your work directly strengthens how we operate and in line with best practice.
You will cover our sites in Denmark, Switzerland, UK & Sweden as the main expert in HSE. Therefore, some travel activities is expected – up to 10% annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and improving HSE systems, policies, and processes
- Assist with risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations
- Driving compliance through audits, inspections, and reporting
- Supporting environmental performance (waste, energy, emissions)
- Delivering engaging HSE training and awareness across teams
- Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
What we’re looking for
- Degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field
- 0–5 years’ experience in HSE or similar industrial environment
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ISO 14001 knowledge/certification is a plus
- Fluent in Danish and business English required
