Join us as a Transformation Consultant
If you're passionate about delivering better customer and colleague experiences and want to develop your transformation, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, we'd like to hear from you
We'll look to you to support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, helping to improve customer outcomes, simplify colleague experiences and deliver business value
You'll be joining a fast-paced, customer-focused team, helping the business identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver meaningful change
This is an office-first role, so most of your time will be spent on site at our office in London's 250 Bishopsgate
What you'll do
As a Transformation Consultant, you'll support the delivery of transformation activity across Retail Banking, working with teams across the bank to identify opportunities, develop solutions and implement change. You'll use analysis, insight and problem-solving skills to improve customer, colleague and business outcomes.
You'll contribute to project planning, governance, delivery and benefits realisation, helping to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively. You'll also have opportunities to lead smaller workstreams and projects, building your experience in transformation delivery and stakeholder management within a complex and dynamic environment.
Your role will also involve:
Supporting the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that improve customer, colleague and business outcomes
Using data, insight and performance information to identify opportunities, assess business challenges and support the development of practical, evidence based solutions
Supporting project planning, governance, reporting and benefits tracking to help ensure successful delivery
Building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating workshops and communicating effectively with a range of audiences, including senior leaders
Contributing to transformation best practices, frameworks and new ways of working, while supporting the implementation of change across the organisation
The skills you'll need
You'll be passionate about improving customer and colleague experiences and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be comfortable using data and insight to support decision making and identify opportunities for improvement.
You'll bring experience from a transformation, change, consulting, strategy or project delivery environment, with the ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
We'll also be looking for:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into practical actions
- Experience supporting transformation programmes, projects or workstreams from planning through to delivery
- The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate complex information clearly and confidently
- Experience facilitating discussions or workshops and working collaboratively across business functions
- Good organisational skills, alongside an understanding of continuous improvement, customer-focused change and organisational transformation
Experience of customer journey design, continuous improvement, operating model design, business transformation or organisational change would be beneficial, although not essential. Experience supporting governance, reporting, benefits tracking or innovation activity would also be advantageous and help you succeed in the role.
