Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from A-Z, including servicing, quoting new and renewal business, issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and handling billing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a relevant role; open to candidates who are process-oriented and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Account Focus: Experience working with fleet-focused accounts, with a revenue size of $20,000+.
