Generalist Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generalist Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle to large commercial accounts, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing accounts with premiums of $100k+ while contributing to our organization's commitment to excellence and employee-focused culture.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-office for training for 6 months to 1 year

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day servicing of middle to large commercial accounts with premiums of $100k+.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with specialized departments (certificates, claims, proposals) to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain and update client records using AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart software.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-6 years of generalist experience managing commercial accounts with premiums of $100k+.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, WorkSmart, and Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a similar role with a focus on middle to large accounts.
