Commercial Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-oriented environment with a strong reputation. As a Commercial Producer, you will play a key role in servicing accounts, managing renewals, and collaborating closely with producers to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from A-Z, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with producers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Work on a variety of accounts, including Commercial Property, Contractors, LROs, and Restaurants.
- Utilize software tools such as EZ Lynx (preferred but not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in Commercial Property, Contractors, LROs, and Restaurants.
- Familiarity with EZ Lynx software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
