Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time, in-office position managing a mid-market book of business valued between $3-5 million in premium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, particularly in real estate, lessor risk, construction, and manufacturing. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 annually, plus 25% commission on new business brought in.
- Health Insurance: 90% employer-paid.
- Dental Insurance: 100% PPO coverage (50% for dependents).

Responsibilities
- Manage a mid-market book of business with accounts ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 in premium.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, marketing, and binding.
- Provide risk management advice and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Virtual Assistants (VAs) for Certificates of Insurance (COI) processing.
- Quote and market new and renewal business as needed.
- Round out accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 (or Epic) software.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in commercial insurance account management, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
- Preferred Expertise: Real estate, affordable housing, construction, lessor risk, and habitational risks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 preferred; Epic experience will also be considered.
