Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to providing comprehensive support for a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, with potential for $100,000 - $105,000 for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business, including small, middle, and large market accounts.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including certificates, quoting, and renewals.
- Handle new and renewal marketing, focusing on retention by maintaining relationships with existing carriers.
- Collaborate with team members to divide and manage workload effectively.
- Utilize Applied TAM software to manage client information and workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience (captive or independent agency experience acceptable).
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
- Underwriting experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied TAM software; familiarity with EPIC is a bonus.
- Soft Skills:
- Positive and happy demeanor.
- Personable and approachable.
- Team-oriented with a no-drama attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Carriers: Experience working with carriers such as Erie, Cincinnati, Travelers, Accident Fund, Westbend, Hartford, and Philadelphia is advantageous.
