Compensation Package

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
- Conduct annual coverage reviews and provide strategic insurance guidance.
- Communicate proactively with clients throughout the year, not just at renewal.
Renewal Management
- Develop renewal strategies well in advance of policy expiration.
- Gather updated underwriting information and coordinate with carriers and producers.
- Present renewal options and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure renewals are completed accurately and on time.
Risk Management & Client Advocacy
- Identify potential coverage gaps and review contracts for insurance requirements.
- Manage inspection recommendations and advocate for clients with carriers.
- Help clients make informed insurance decisions.
Book Growth
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client portfolios.
- Strengthen client retention through exceptional service.
- Build relationships with carrier underwriters to support account growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required
- Experience in a commercial insurance agency setting.
- Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly if permitted).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
