Description
Your responsibilities:
- Identification of the new products opportunities proposed by the external Partners, in order to expand current Rx / Hospital Portfolio and accelerate the growth for the organization
- Initial assessment of the potential opportunities vs Company strategic areas for development,
- Partner recommendation for project acceptance for realization (for contract signature)
- Proposals, evaluations and negotiations of different business models with the Partners, which are in line with the company business strategy, for the optimal time to market, price and payment structure, verification of business case profitability
- Negotiations and recommendation for signature of all legal documents required to be signed with the Partners within the project, e.g. CDA’s, Letters of Intent, Termsheets, Memorandum of Understanding, In-licensing, Distribution, Products Acquisitions, Co-development, Contract Development agreements, contract annexes
- Following the products developments / commercial offers / development capabilities at other pharmaceutical companies, collection of the data / know how within the Company

Our expectations:
- Higher education in the fields of pharmacy, chemistry, economy etc.
- At least 3-5 years of the professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position
- Very good knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical law, intellectual property law, commercial and GMP law, required to negotiate the license / distribution / co-development / contract development agreements
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Fluency in English (especially in the business / pharmaceutical / legal aspects)
