Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Project & Improvement Leader (f/m) to join our Quality department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing programme quality assurance. As part of the Programme Quality Interface Team, you will be involved in quality compliance and risk management aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

Your challenges:

• Draft, negotiate, and deploy the Product Assurance Plan and Quality Plan Timing across the entire programme lifecycle.

• Perform root cause analysis on non-conformances to establish consolidated corrective and preventive action plans.

• Consolidate the Technical Risk Register and track the execution of associated risk mitigation plans.

• Deploy APQP methodologies and preventive quality techniques during product modifications and manufacturing process changes.

• Deliver end-to-end product conformity attestations in compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS).

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical domain

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management within aerospace or industrial programmes

• Practical mastery of APQP tools, Quality Plan Timing, and structured root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5 Why)

• Deep knowledge of quality standards and certification regulations (ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, EASA, ECSS)

• Technical expertise in non-conformance handling, risk register consolidation, and product conformity attestation

• English at a negotiation level; French is an asset
