Position: Airport Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Airport Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the airport operations team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the check-in process for passengers and baggage
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or requirements
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers are accounted for
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to relevant parties
- Conduct security checks and screenings as required
- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
- Maintain accurate records of passenger and flight information
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the airport operations team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or airport-related role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
