Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives and customer journey improvements, while designing functional and application frameworks that align with business needs. You will ensure that the solutions implemented effectively address the client s objectives and contribute to their overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
