Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the PQP (Project Quality Plan);
• Identify potential quality risks, ensuring the project adheres to technical standards, industry regulations, and Customer requirements;
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the event of deviations with high criticality, coordinating the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA);
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations;
• Analyze quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), lead Lessons Learned Sessions and respective Action Plan.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Previous experience in quality management, preferably within a project management environment;
• Advanced English;
• Avaiability to work in hibrid mode in Taubaté/SP.
