Job Overview
As our Content and Social Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that drives engagement, builds our brand, and supports our marketing goals.
You will manage our blog, social media channels, and other digital storytelling efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage the editorial calendar and content production pipeline across North America, Europe, and Asia (Sprout or similar), streamlining workflows to reduce production cycle time.
- Own organic and paid social strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Meta — including audience targeting and campaign optimization — reflecting Monex's brand voice and commercial priorities.
- Write, edit, publish, and repurpose content, including short-form and video, for social, web, campaigns, nurture programs, and client communications, producing on-brand visual assets in Canva or similar design tools.
- Monitor brand, competitor, and category conversation via social listening to inform content decisions and grow Share of Voice.
- Manage online communities and engage in real time — responding, moderating, and growing an active audience.
- Maintain the digital asset management system so content and creative assets stay organized and reusable across markets.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, PR, and regional teams to turn core narratives into campaign-ready content that influences pipeline.
- Use AI tools for content generation, ideation, and repurposing, and to automate routine workflow tasks like tagging, scheduling, and reporting.
- Track content and social performance — engagement, audience growth, Share of Voice, content reuse, pipeline influence — and turn analytics into clear narratives for leadership.
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- 4+ years in content marketing, social media management, or editorial operations, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B industry; global experience preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an instinct for brand voice and regional relevance.
- Hands-on experience with content/social scheduling tools (Sprout Social or similar) and digital asset management systems.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to produce on-brand graphics, social creative, and light video edits without heavy reliance on design teams.
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO-aware writing, LinkedIn organic best practices, and paid social (LinkedIn and Meta).
- Proficiency with AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Experience with social listening and translating conversation data into content strategy.
- Skilled at managing multiple workstreams, calendars, and stakeholders across regions.
- Comfortable using performance analytics to optimize strategy and demonstrate pipeline influence.
- Collaborative, adaptable across cultural/regional content nuances.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.
