As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and remain visible to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document entries, deliveries, and/or incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
