Key Responsibilities
- Perform import trade transaction data input, filing;
- Handle the assigned trade functions in an efficient and accurate manner;
- Perform other duties as delegated;
- Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management;
- Perform implementation of new processing operations model
- Perform checking of import / export trade documents;
- Immediate availability preferred
Qualifications:
- HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above;
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Minimum 1-2 years' related experience in Trade Import / Export Operations;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Basic knowledge on trade finance field;
- Solid knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow in order to ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS applications, i.e. Word, Excel and outlook
