Description
- Manages the human capital system for the entire employment life cycle to include applicant tracking, onboarding, employee maintenance, benefits, offboarding and employee records.
- Manages the applicant tracking system to include personnel requisitions, job postings and screening of applicants. May extend conditional offers of employment with oversight of the Human Resources Manager.
- Assists in representing the organization in recruitment and other community events.
- Oversees new employee orientation including scheduling, room preparation, participation in presentations, and benefits enrollment.
- Handles human resources related inquiries from applicants, employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Human Resources leadership.
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details.
- Plans and organizes events such as retirement celebrations, Service Awards Banquet, etc.
- Supports the Human Resources team in projects, strategic initiatives and other activities as needed.
- Performs administrative tasks including processing purchase orders, requisitions, supplies, etc.
- Creates and maintains badge system. Updates badge access as needed.
- Exercises purchasing authority up to $1,000 without approval from supervisor.
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business administration or any related course study.
- Associate’s degree in human resources, management, business administration or any related course study and One (1) year of operational human resources experience
in lieu of bachelor's acceptable. - Six (6) months of work experience in Human Resources or related field required.
- PSHRA/SHRM/PHR certifications are preferred.
