Overview

As a Financial controller for one of the group's companies, you will be an active and integral part of our finance team, receiving guidance and mentorship while taking on a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal operational and financial processes across multiple companies within the group, working closely with Customer Management, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and HR teams.
• Oversee the accounting and financial management systems, including customer billing, supplier payments, intercompany services, contracts, and customer quotations.
• Lead monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare management reports and monthly financial packages for the global parent company.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results, including profit and loss performance.
• Build and manage budgets and forecasts, tracking business performance against financial targets.
• Analyze financial variances, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and maintain accurate financial reporting practices across the organization.
• Partner with leadership teams to improve financial processes, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Qualifications

Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, post- internship – A must.

Experience: Either from a leading accounting firm (internship) OR as an Assistant Accountant/Junior Accountant in a business organization – A must.

Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Languages: High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – A must 

Significant Advantage: Big4 alumni.
