Job Description:

1.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary ，essential functions and authorities, etc.)

主要工作职责（基本概况，主要功能，权限等）

• PO tracking and follow up协调产品采购订单实物流的相关环节

Including Source communicate. 上游进口的沟通协调

Import goods shipment tracking & return related进口货物状态跟踪&退运相关

Short/over claim多送少送投诉

• Purchase related issues for non-stock and samples负责处理非成品及样品采购相关事务
• Coordinate with multi-DC planning and operation issues  仓库的计划与事务协调
• Maintain supply chain reports and data analysis  现有供应链报表维护与数据分析
• Gather and evaluate new requests and develop data analysis reports 新数据分析报表需求收集、评估、开发
• Other project-based supports协助完成公司的其他发展项目

• Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures 遵循公司规章及法律要求
• Keep documentation for planning and PO related documents per GOP/SOP 按GOP/SOP要求保管文档

2.Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required.

基本任职资格（包括教育背景和/或知识和/或培训和/或相关工作经验）

Education

• Above College Degree

Experience

• SAP Operation experience is preferred
• >1year experience in planning or supply chain related or fresh graduation
• Responsive, work under pressure, communication skills

3.Skill Sets and/or Training and/or Certification for the Special Position

• Good communication skills
• Good at Power BI
• Excel for data analysis
