About Your Workplace
Join Miele's Professional team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of premium sales and service solutions to our commercial customers. As the Business Support Coordinator – Professional, you'll be at the centre of our operations, coordinating service agreements, supporting sales activities and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.
This is a diverse role that combines customer service, sales coordination and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working collaboratively across multiple teams.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate Professional service agreements (PROtect), including quotations, renewals, scheduling and database management
Support customers by managing service enquiries, maintenance bookings and spare parts orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Assist the Sales team with quotations, order processing, CRM updates and sales administration activities
Coordinate Professional equipment orders, deliveries and customer communications to ensure projects are completed smoothly
Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting while ensuring compliance with company processes and service standards
Work collaboratively across Sales, Service and Operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Professional business
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, service coordination or business support
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Nice-to-have
Experience in service scheduling or service administration
Experience supporting sales teams or managing customer accounts
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using CRM or ERP systems
Experience within a commercial, technical or service-based industry
