We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic executive and administrative support to the VP, RBU Head APAC. In this role, you will manage executive priorities, coordinate meetings and communications, support leadership activities, and ensure the smooth operation of executive office functions.
Working closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners, you will act as a trusted partner to the RBU Head APAC while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. In addition, you will support office administration activities and contribute to creating an efficient and collaborative working environment.

What you will do
Manage and coordinate the RBU Head APAC’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules to ensure efficient prioritization of activities.
Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-up actions.
Handle confidential business matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive correspondence to support leadership decision-making.
Organize, attend, and document executive meetings, including tracking action items and distributing meeting minutes.
Review, summarize, and prepare background information from reports and business documents as required.
Plan and execute executive events, leadership meetings, and business engagements from inception through completion.
What we are looking for
Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, travel arrangements, and office administration activities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
